hey ppl!! im in taiwan now!! its so cold here.. need to wear like 3 layers of clothes and scarves and stuff.. but its fun!! haha.. wont ever exp this in s'pore..
yesterday once we went off from the airport went to SOngshan High School, which is like the host sch.. then put our bags after that went to a hotel for welcome dinner.. and its so damn exciting!! all the taiwanese students were standing there screaming haha.. i reali felt like some bigshot star.. =/ and the food was great =D though in the end jus went round taking pics and not eating haha..
today i took a bus frm home to Lishan.. quite a long journey..their bus is similar to ours actulli..got tv mobile too!! but the students can sit on the floor.. so great! and its like a sch bus.. the whole bus onli had Lishan students! haha..
after we got there i realised the campus is HUMONGOUS! and they have very few students..900 altogetehr in 3 levels..so cool haha..
after that we went Songshan agaibn to put our stuff..then went to visit the Sun Yat Sen memorial hall.. just nice happened to see the guards change shift.. and they change shift is such a great affair! the 5 soldiers were like marching better than our soldiers in the NDP haha..tt place is so huge too..
after that went back to songshan watched a basketball match between the songshan team and, guess what, the singapore youth team haha.. n we lost. quite badly haha.. the songshan guys are so pro.after that wennt for lunch.. they all eat packed lunch in sch everyday.. but they said ours was much much better haha.. really inside had tons of food! 3 kinds of meat plus 2 kinds of vege and fish.. i nearly exploded haha..
THEN after that we went to another high sch to play paintball..its a shooting battle game where u really wear protective gear like some guerilla warfare guy and shoot others with a real gun.. except instead of bullets, u shoot out hard gobstopper like paintballs..its fun to watch haha.. but playing is so scary yet exciting! cuz it realy hurts when u get hit.. esp when u r suay like me, 90% of your body covered still can get hit on bare skin..and i got a headshot haha.. now there's this stupid swolen round patch at the centre of my forehead..and it hurts hurts hurts!! =/ so ugly la! HUAIYUAN!! i shall take revenge!!! his shot was super tyco haha.. i was wearing a hard face mask and a cap.. and somehow he got the thin strip of skin that was uncovered hmmph.. riｇht smack in the centre!!　can go be a sniper or marksman haha..but oh wel, its a once in a lifetime exp to get shot in the forehead and not die i guess..at least i'll know what to expect if anyone takes a gun and points at me..except i look like some weird goddess haha. but then again, ITS SO PAIN!!! -sob-
ya anyway, after that we went back LIshan.. then had dinner at Macs..most of the stuff is the same, except they got rice burgers like Mos..oh btw.. in Taiwan night falls at 5 plus! haha.. it gets dark so early.. makes me feel sleepy too.. esp this few days keep drizzling..after that we went to Chiang Kai Shek memorial.. but dunno why nv go in leh.. we just took lots of pics outside and played some games.. the ppl frm the other jcs all quite nice..=) and all the taiwan ppl too! then after that went to take mrt and bus home.. oh but we window shopped awhile at the mrt station..they oso got the ezlink system btw =)
now at home.. jus finished repacking my luggage.. its almost bursting liao haha.. and i havent even started my shoppiing spree!! hei hei's mother gave me a copy of SHE's new album!! with their original autographs! so nice haha.. cuz she knows Selina's mom very well haha..
tmr go sch we are gg to have lessons with them.. but i'll go ALONE　to the taiwan class! only on wed then go to hei's hei's class.. cuz the principal tehre wants us to interact with more taiwanese.. but im so scared. hope the other classes are nice to get along with =x
