last nite was the nite insects invaded my home.
at around dinner time, a huge bee flew into my flat and started terrorising everybody (mainly me) by flying all over and making tat horrible bzz bzzz sound. it wld disappear for awhile and suddenly start doing it again. by around 1030, while i was mugging econs, i tot it was gone. all of a sudden, something hit the fan and on the rebound flew straight at me! it was tat freaking bee.. of cuz i screamed and literally fell out of my chair haha..after tat my father decided to terminate it wif Baygon. it lay on e floor writhing like some gassed soldier. a whack wif the newspaper put him out of his misery. i tot tat was the end.. but no, the night had jus begun! after tat ard 11 plus a beetle landed right on top of my wages notes. usually i wld have freaked out, but last nite i some how jus rolled up my market failure notes and whacked it straight into the wall and right into the middle of its next life haha. beetle gone! peace for awhile..
next came a lizard. it crawled out frm behind a chinese painting on e wall and started making tat tock-tock-tock sound.. somehow i felt it was gloating cuz i was mugging like siao and there it was singing to itself hmmph! then at ard 12 plus, a huge cockroach appeard out of nowhere! it someow landed on the same chinese painting where the lizard was. then began a rather interesting battle between Mr Lizard and Mr Cockroach. apparently they were fighting over who got to stay on the painting? haha
Mr Lizard swished its tail. Mr Cockroach waved its feelers at him. Then Lizard made somemore clucking noises. Cockroach flapped his wings. again tat bzz bzzz sound! meanwhile i was covering myself wif econs notes and trying to inch my way out of the dining room b4 they noticed me. no such chance.. as soon as i started moving the cockroach started flying all over! so i jus ran faster than i ever ran and managed to get to my room safely. tis morning i havent seen either of them, and im sittting right below the chinese painting haha!
so, my house seems seriously in need of pest control.. i realli realli hate insetcs and four-legged reptiles or watever a lizard is! no, i dont appreciate tat technically by sheer numbers insects own the world and not humans. and no, i dont appreciate the fact tat you're full of protein and some scientists are actually proposing tat we start eating insects, as though its some fifth agricultural revolution tat can solve famine in africa or something. yuck i rather eat vegetables.. but insects? never!! i cant stand them. pls get out of my house!!!
